Find the right record, report incorrect information or request a review. Include the certificate ID whenever available.

Cannot find a record?

Open the certificate link or scan its QR code, then copy the certificate ID. Check the recording's ISRC with its producer or distributor. A title or artist name can match several recordings. No match does not mean the recording used AI, is low quality or infringes rights.

Report a problem with a certificate

Email info@artclearancecertification.org with the certificate ID, the issue, the correction requested and supporting public references. Do not send passwords or identity documents in the initial report. A report does not automatically change status. ACC may request further evidence or clarification.

Review and follow-up

After using the form below, keep the confirmation and certificate ID. If the confirmation includes a request ID, your report has been saved under that number. If it confirms only email delivery, keep that confirmation as your receipt. If you disagree with a response, request a further review and explain the new evidence or disputed conclusion. Check the live record for status updates. Receiving a report does not change the certificate status and no response deadline is guaranteed.
