Declaration v0.1

The declaration is the beginning of ACC proof.

ACC is declaration-first. The creator or authorized declarant selects HUMAN, SEMI-MIX or AI GEN and accepts a recorded statement that becomes part of the certificate payload.

Declarant statements

  • The declarant is authorized to submit the work for ACC certification.
  • The submitted metadata is accurate to the declarant's knowledge.
  • The selected category reflects the declared role of human and AI contribution.
  • ACC records the declaration but does not determine copyright ownership.
  • ACC may expose non-confidential verification metadata through public proof and ACC API.

Verification boundary

ACC verifies declaration submission, timestamp, audio hash, declaration hash and certificate status. ACC does not independently detect AI or replace legal authorship analysis.
