Core rule
An ACC mark may be used only when it corresponds to a valid ACC certificate and can be connected to the public verification URL or partner-readable ACC API record.
Mark rules
The mark is visible. The proof must stay attached.
ACC certification marks are designed to be recognized by listeners and partners, but their force comes from the certificate, status and verification boundary behind them.
Category match
- Use the HUMAN mark only for a HUMAN certificate.
- Use the SEMI-MIX mark only for a SEMI-MIX certificate.
- Use the AI GEN mark only for an AI GEN certificate.
- Do not change a category label or imply a different status than the certificate shows.
Required link
In digital environments, the mark should link to the public verification page whenever possible. In offline or static contexts, the mark should be accompanied by a QR code or another route to verification.
Prohibited use
- Do not use ACC marks for works without an ACC certificate.
- Do not use ACC marks to imply independent AI detection.
- Do not use ACC marks to imply copyright ownership, legal clearance or platform approval.
- Do not materially alter the mark in a way that distorts its meaning.
- Do not use an ACC mark in a misleading, defamatory or abusive context.
Disputed or revoked certificates
If a certificate becomes disputed or revoked, the mark must not be presented as an active trust signal. Partner systems should read certificate status through public verification or ACC API before relying on the mark.
Reservation of rights
ACC may require removal or correction of mark usage that is unauthorized, misleading, inconsistent with certificate status or harmful to the credibility of the ACC standard.
